Return Policy

Although we expect you will be completely satisfied with Protazen®, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your bottle(s) for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 25% disposal fee, within 30 days of receipt.  Please understand that FDA/GMP guidelines require that we log and destroy all returns, even if the bottle is still sealed. 

***Please Note:  Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.  Protazen® does not reimburse for the cost of return shipping.

IMPORTANT:  In order to insure proper refunding, an RMA# must be obtained for a return to be accepted. Returns without an RMA# that are received within the 30 day term (if located and identifiable) will only be eligible for a maximum 50% refund of the original purchase price (no exceptions).  Please email all requests to returns@protazen.com.  Or contact customer service at 1-800-768-2818.
