I read so many reviews, but focused on those that spoke of the benefits for ADHD and anxiety. I am pretty certain that I have had ADHD all my life (I am 64) and was searching for something to help with focus and anxiety that often comes along with ADHD. Before the end of my first week of using the Protazen Base Formula, I was not nearly as distracted and my anxiety literally vanished. I feel more confident at work because I am able to stay focused more on work and not on wandering thoughts. I will definitely continue to use it!
I've been experimenting with the dosage of Protazen for less than 1 month, but have noticed good results. I have some traits of Borderline Personality Disorder that are very difficult to deal with, but would rather not fall into the heavy medication trap. The 2 pills per day dosage of Protazen doesn't seem to make much difference, but if I take 2 in the morning upon waking, then 2 more in the afternoon, I find myself being much more mellow and just accepting of things that typically irritate me. I recommending giving Protazen a try, and see if it helps you as well.
I've been using the base product for about 3 weeks
I reached for Protazen when I was being prescribed an SSRI medication from my doctor because I was afraid of the side effects of that class of drug. With Protazen, daily exercise and tapping meditation I have greatly improved my symptoms and I am happy with the product. I am hoping the longer I take it the better I will feel!

I had to stop taking it because my physician prescribed a tricyclic anti-depressant to prevent my migraines. Cannot take 5-HTP with tricyclics as far as I know. So never really got to try it out.
